Charlotte and Launette are very excited about bringing a community of women together, to hold a space inspiring a balance of creative fire with a sense of calm, peaceful and grounded energy. The evening will start with a chance to set intentions, followed by a dynamic creative yoga session with Charlotte. Launette will offer a selection of chocolates spiked with feminine herbs oils and flowers. In addition she will serve warm elixirs and tonics to elevate mood and enhance the experience.

The evening will finish with a grounding restorative practice and short meditation. There will also be a platter of savoury food and herb infusions, sacred incense and essential oils. We invite you to wear comfortable clothing for movement and relaxation. Warm lighting, blankets and carefully curated music will all help set the tone for a deeply nourishing session.

We want women to feel comfortable with coming alone as well as with friends. We hope new connections will be made and this will be the first of many collaborative events between Charlotte and Launette.

Launette has been working with cacao for just over a decade. She honed her craft in London after discovering the health benefits of un-roasted cacao in 2009, when she first met Charlotte. Combining her own aesthetic and love of wholesome and delicious food, she started a business making and selling delicacies and teaching chocolate workshops all over the country. Her love of herbs, healing plants, organic foods and ‘real’ chocolate has fuelled her passion for making bean to bar chocolate and helped spread her message.

She now resides In the Sussex countryside with her young family where she has found her relationship with nature only enhances her creativity and connection to food.

Charlotte has been practicing yoga for over a decade, and loves the wholesomeness that yoga continuously gives, her practice came about naturally from her background in body work and healing fields and also her own self-development journey.

Her strong desire to teach happened organically during a life changing trip to India and after completing her teacher training here in London, she hasn’t looked back since. She offers a soulful vinyasa practice with a focus on the breath and space to really feel the postures, as well as be fully empowered within a complete yoga experience. Her teaching takes her all over London within different public and private teaching environments.
