Reiki is a non-invasive Japanese healing technique that works with the chakras and endocrine system stimulating the natural flow of energy around the body. Reiki is a powerful tool for accelerating healing and promoting health and well-being. It works on both an emotional, physical and energetic level by clearing blocked and stagnant energy in the body and energy field. Reiki is a widely used healing energy system that can restore health and balance to mind, body and soul.
This foundation course is the first step to you becoming a Reiki practitioner, enabling you to practice reiki for self healing or healing others. This is a journey of self evolution that will open you up to become a channel for this beautiful healing energy bringing deep transformation and change. You will be led through the course by two Reiki masters both offering their unique perspectives on their Reiki practice.

This will be a full day of ceremony, guided meditations and time for you to share Reiki with each other and become familiar with connecting with the energy. We will create a safe, healing space enabling you to absorb the teachings and energies whilst feeling relaxed and grounded.
In order to get the most out of this training, we recommend that you carry out a 21 day cleanse prior to the attunement and we will provide more details on this. It is also highly recommended that you continue with a 21-day self-healing practice after completion of the course to ground yourself in the practice and assist in any clearing that is taking place within you.
