A balanced Sunday evening vinyasa flow to help you ground, reset, and ease into the week ahead. Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga practice linking breath with movement to find equilibrium in a revitalising moving meditation.
As well as nurturing your own body, mind, and soul, proceeds from this class will be donated to mental health charity Mind.
From beginners to seasoned yogis, all levels are welcome. Mats are provided but please feel free to bring your own!
