Classes are a slow flow/dynamic hatha with a focus on alignment and a
strong core. Initially training in Anusara, don’t be surprised to find the odd
heart opener too! You will leave class feeling relaxed, uplifted with a greater
connection between body and mind, as well as having some fun!
A little bit about me:
I was taken to my first yoga class by my mum during the school holidays. It
wasn’t a “ta-da” moment, that came much later, but more of a strange
memory of funny breathing and awkward movements. So I forgot about it and
carried on with school, sports and all the other drama of being a teenage girl.
It wasn’t until University when yoga made another appearance in my life.
All the sport at school and university had left me with a long list of injuries.
These injuries coupled with asthma and mental health set backs brought yoga
back into my life. The relaxation, focus and strength made me feel amazing!
Since then yoga and meditation have been a key component to strengthening
and understanding my body and mind.
