Join Fortunata Yoga on Wednesdays for a relaxing Yin Yoga class that finishes with a Sound Bath by crystal singing bowls.

Yin Yoga is a slow and seated practice working on opening up and stretching the deep layers of connective tissue known as fascia, releasing tension and blocked energy. During the sound bath the gentle sound vibrations will help to activate our chakras, helping to clear out emotional blockages. 

The class is open for all levels, beginners and more experienced yogis.
