Anita’s classes are based in traditional tantra hatha teachings with an emphasis on utilising asana and breath as tools to shape our minds. Her sequences are thoughtfully designed in a way to make students feel a certain way - whether it's to feel still, grounded, enthusiastic, powerful or whole. Her classes establish a sense of intuitive connection not only to the physical body but also the more subtle, energetic bodies.
Anita's Saturday Sun classes are particularly useful for breaking up dull, stuck or low energy. They focus on building prana (life force) and energy. She also teaches Moon classes at the same venue on a Monday. Moon classes are deep, nourishing and emphasise longer holds, giving you a chance to slow down and get honest with yourself. Classes are flavoured with forward folds, twists and conscious exhales.
