Kelly's classes are predominantly Hatha with an element of flow.
With her unique teaching style expect innovative sequencing, a dose of inspiration and a spirit of playfulness to help you deepen your practice. You will leave feeling stretched, strengthened, toned and relaxed. All classes are accompanied by music and students will enjoy a minimum 5 minute Sivasana at the end to ensure you leave feeling fully re-energised.
