We will dance creating spontaneous movements and moving the body freely
to some amazing sounds and music releasing bodily stresses and shaking out
all negative energies.
At the end we will lie down and finish with guided mediation and experience
yoga nidra.
You do not have to know any specific dance moves, you will be moving your
body to the rhythm and energy that comes naturally to you.... all of us will
move differently and uniquely... embrace your own individuality on the dance
floor. Express natural freedom of movement and release that internal creative
force....and finding your own individual rhythm.
What to bring
-Your authentic self
-Yoga mat / or small blanket for lying on at the end (some mats will be
provided)
-We will dance bare foot, but if you prefer keeping your socks on then bring
your dancing socks ☺
-Wear comfortable clothing with layers

-Some guided gentle stretching exercises in the beginning
